The closing date for the Queensland Anzac Centenary Lasting Legacies grants program has been extended to February 25.
State Member for Scenic Rim, Jon Krause, said that the grants offer community groups up to $80,000 worth of funding to help commemorate the Anzac Centenary.
“The grants are for RSL’s and local organisations that want to help the community reflect during the Centenary. The funding can be used to help restore memorabilia and cenotaphs and even aid in funding public events and historical research.”
